Mr. Smith, a Howard University graduate, started the company in June 1998. He has over 30 years of experience in the design of mechanical systems for buildings and utilities. He is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers. Mr. Smith’s responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing staffing, quality control, coordination, and scheduling. He directs engineering designs, energy studies, analyses, and construction administration. He has managed many projects as the Principal-in-Charge and brings technical knowledge to projects ranging from high-tech offices to academic buildings, multifamily housing, and utility plants.
